When you place an order to purchase a product from theoldsweetshop.org, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send your e-mail receipt to you.

Theoldsweetshop.org site uses PayPal, a secure payment processor for the safe collection of your payment details. There may be exceptions to our returns policy for made-to-order items. Refunds

If for any reason you change your mind, you can return your item(s) in its original condition within 15 days of the date you received the item(s), unopened (with any seals, packaging and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a refund for the item. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS ARE NOT ELIGBLE FOR REFUND. WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT THE RETURN OF OPENED ITEMS IF THEY ARE FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT.

When you send your item back, we will process the returned item notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your return.

If you are returning an item because of because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us (either via a personalised pre-paid return label, or by refunding your return postage costs). Please obtain a receipt of delivery in order to secure a refund for your delivery costs.

The Old Sweet Shop will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item(s) and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

Refunds - seven-day cooling off period

Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item minus the delivery costs. You are responsible for returning the items to us in perfect condition including postage costs.
