How much will it cost to ship my order?
Shipping and Handing rates will be calculated separately for each address. Some items have additional shipping
charges as noted on the product page. Shipments outside of the United Kingdom and oversize items will require
additional charges.
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is our goal. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with
your purchase, you may return your merchandise within 15 days for a prompt and courteous exchange or refund,
whichever you prefer. Gift recipients will receive a merchandise voucher. Please follow the instructions on the

Can orders be shipped internationally?
Most of our products can be shipped to international addresses. Recipients are responsible for any customs
duties or taxes in that country, which are collected by the carrier upon delivery. Shipping rates are calculated
based on the weight of the order and its destination; see below for instructions on calculating the rates yourself,
and additional information.
